My experience with Iwona and Lidia at a 7-day all-women’s wellness retreat in Sardinia, Italy, was truly refreshing. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene ambiance that set the tone for a perfect retreat. The activities were varied and engaging, from rejuvenating yoga classes to high-intensity daily sessions that pushed me to new limits. I recently returned from a Fit and Flow Retreat in Sardinia, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. The hotel was absolutely lovely – clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated with stunning views of the sea. Waking up each morning to that view felt like a dream. One of my favorite spots quickly became the pool area – ideal for cooling down after a workout or just relaxing in the sun.

The fitness classes were diverse and energizing, led by passionate and knowledgeable instructors who made each session enjoyable and motivating. Whether it was a morning strength workout, yoga at sunset, or a hike through Sardinia’s breathtaking landscape, every activity felt balanced and purposeful.

What I appreciated most was the free time built into the schedule. After the more active parts of the day, we always had time to unwind, reflect, or just soak in the peaceful surroundings. This gave the retreat a real sense of balance. One of the highlights was definitely the group of women I shared the experience with. Everyone was supportive, open, and inspiring in their own way, creating a real sense of community that made the retreat even more meaningful.

Overall, this retreat was the perfect mix of movement, connection, and rest. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and deeply grateful for the experience. Cons: The only area that could be improved was the food – while it was fresh and tasty, it wasn’t always well-aligned with the physical demands of the retreat. There was a noticeable lack of protein throughout the day, though to their credit, the organizers did make adjustments by the end, which is something to keep in mind for future retreats.

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Yes! We welcome all fitness levels ot our retreat and are always happy to offer personalised guidance and modifications, when you need them.
Our classes will be adjusted to the level of the group once we meet you all at the retreat, so we can make sure each of you will feel safe, supported and challenged regardless of your fitness abilities.

Absolutely! This is your retreat, so you are welcome to skip any activity and spend your time as you like.

How does the bedroom setup work?

There are 10 bedrooms across three buildings, each with unique layouts and character.

  • Premium Single & Double Bedrooms: Ideal for groups of friends; located in the same building as each floor shares a large living area and kitchen. Some have direct pool access.

  • Classic Double & Triple Bedrooms: Perfect for budget-conscious guests; smaller building.

  • Apartment Suites are larger than Classic Rooms and might include a living area, a second smaller room or a kitchenette.

What is the weather like?

We expect warm and sunny days with temperatures around 22–28°C (72–82F) and cooler evenings. Occasional light breezes are common. May is generally dry, perfect for outdoor activities and beach time.

What should I bring with me?

Think of packing the following essentials for a comfortable stay:

  • Casual, light clothing for lounging

  • Water shoes (some beaches and paths have stones)

  • Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

Our cancellation and refunds policy offers flexibility depending on the chosen rate and how far in advance you cancel.

ABOUT THE LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Where is the retreat venue located?

The retreat is in Choulakia, a tranquil area just 5 km from Mykonos Town. The surrounding area is peaceful with sea views. You’ll enjoy privacy while still being close to local beaches, shops and restaurants.

How far is the airport?

Mykonos Airport (JMK) is about 6 km/ 15 min drive from the venue.

Are transfers included?

Yes! The venue owners provide airport pick-up and drop-off as part of your retreat.

Should I rent a car?

That’s not necessary at all. Public buses are reliable and the venue managers can assist with transport to the nearest bus stop if needed. Most guests enjoy walking or short taxi rides for excursions.

Can I walk to the beach?

Yes!

  • Choulakia Beach: under 20-minute stroll, it’s a very quiet and protected beach, known for its tranquility and perfectly round pebbles

  • Agios Stefanos Beach:  under 30-minute walk, beautifully sandy, with shallow waters, perfect for swimming and sunbathing

  • Some areas have pebbles or stones, so water shoes are recommended
