Kickstart your mornings with an energizing mobility flow to wake up your body, followed by strength or cardio sessions that boost your stamina and tone your muscles.

Iwona and Lidia will guide you through a variety workouts, mixing fitness and flexibility moves tailored for all levels—so whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll feel empowered to go further!

After a delicious lunch, take time to relax by the pool, explore Sardinia or unwind in the spa. In the evenings restore your energy with yoga and reflect on your day, leaving you refreshed and ready for more!

Choose from spacious single or double rooms, each thoughtfully decorated with heart and soul. You will find a comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom with vegan body care products and a peaceful veranda or terrace to relax and unwind.

THE SPA

Recharge in the large sea-view pool surrounded by comfortable bamboo sun beds and shaded lounge areas. Indulge in the soothing Turkish bath, jacuzzi and both Finnish and infrared saunas.
The spa’s serene ambiance will help you unwind and rejuvenate, making it the perfect complement to the retreat’s physical activities.

THE FOOD

You will love the fully vegetarian menu crafted from fresh organic ingredients sourced from local farmers. IWONA SCHÖPFLIN

As a passionate ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Health and Nutrition Coach Iwona is here to inspire and motivate you. She runs a successful fitness and nutrition coaching business in Basel, Switzerland, helping women transform their bodies and minds.

Her precision and results-driven approach will push you to achieve more than you ever thought possible. She’s got the skill to help you reconnect with your body and wake up muscles you didn’t even know you had.

Her energy and dedication are unmatched and you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, more confident and inspired – but also completely knackered.

LIDIA MARIOTTI

Lidia brings an extraordinary energy to every session.

She is a vibrant Sardinian mobility and yoga instructor with a background in gymnastics and a deep passion for movement. 

Upon completion of a 200 and 300-hour teacher training and having qualified as an Animal Flow instructor in Madrid, Milan and Colorado, Lidia can uniquely blend movement techniques to create sessions that aren’t just exercises; they’re an experience.

Her passion for movement and creative teaching will leave you inspired and invigorated to transform the way you move, feel and live.

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Yes, the retreat is designed for all fitness levels including beginners. Our expert trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring personalised support and modifications as needed.

What does a typical day look like?

Here’s a sample daily schedule:

Can I skip an activity if I prefer?

Absolutely! This is your retreat, so you are welcome to skip any activity and spend your time as you like.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm on Saturday, and check-out is by 10 am the following Saturday.

What’s included in the retreat?

Your retreat includes 7 nights of accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner), daily fitness and yoga sessions, access to the pool & spa and two healthy habits workshops.

What's not included in the retreat price?

The retreat price does not include flights, airport transfers, or travel to and from the retreat location. Additionally, any extra services like massages, personal training sessions, or health and travel insurance are not included. Be sure to budget for these as they are optional but highly recommended for a more personalized experience.

What is the weather like?

In May, the weather in Sardinia is generally sunny and warm, with daytime temperatures ranging between 20-25°C (68-77°F). It can be cooler in the evenings, so it’s a good idea to bring a light sweater or jacket.

What kind of clothing should I pack?

We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, swimwear, and casual wear for the evenings. Also, don’t forget your yoga gear and a light jacket for cooler evenings.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend packing the following essentials for a comfortable stay:

  • Sunscreen (for sun protection)
  • A swimsuit (for pool use)
  • A hat and sunglasses (to protect yourself from the sun)
  • A refillable water bottle (to stay hydrated during activities)
  • You may also want to bring comfortable workout clothes, casual wear for lounging, and a journal if you like to reflect during your downtime.
What is the cancellation policy? Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Our cancellation and refunds policy offers flexibility depending on the chosen rate and how far in advance you cancel.
If you cancel within the eligible time frame, you will receive a partial or full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Early Bird Rate Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% refund (less the €550 deposit) for cancellations made before January 10th, 2025.
  • 25% refund (less the €550 deposit) for cancellations made between January 11th and March 10th, 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 10th, 2025.


Standard Rate Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund (less the €550 deposit) for cancellations made before March 10th, 2025.
  • 50% refund (less the €550 deposit) for cancellations made between March 11th – April 10th, 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 10th, 2025.

ABOUT THE LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Where is Soul Valley located?

Soul Valley is nestled in the serene countryside of south Sardinia, offering a peaceful and beautiful environment for your retreat experience.

How far is the airport?

The nearest airport is Cagliari-Elmas Mario Mameli, about a 45-minute drive from Soul Valley.

Are transfers included?

Transfers are not included in the retreat price, but we can help you arrange one upon request.

How do I get to Soul Valley from the airport?

The easiest way is to take a taxi from the airport. Alternatively, you can rent a car to explore the island on your own. If you prefer a transfer, let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange one for you (additional cost applies). We also have a WhatsApp group where you can connect with other guests to share a taxi or rental car.

How far is the beach from Soul Valley?

The beach is just a short drive from Soul Valley, making it easy to enjoy Sardinia’s beautiful coastline.
