Personal Training Services

To maximize progress, adherence to program guidelines during supervised and unsupervised training days is necessary. Both exercise and healthy eating are emphasized for overall wellness.

Participants understand the inherent risks associated with any exercise program, including increased heart stress and potential musculoskeletal injuries. By voluntarily participating, individuals assume responsibility for these risks and waive any claims against the trainer for personal damage.

The trainer will design a safe exercise program tailored to personal goals, fitness levels, and preferences. Clients will receive coaching, supervision, advice, and necessary support to achieve their goals, with regular progress monitoring and program adjustments.

All required equipment for training sessions will be provided by the trainer. Confidentiality of client information will be maintained at all times, with any necessary medical information to be provided by the client. Commitment and effort from both client and trainer are expected, with punctuality required for all sessions.


Personal Training Terms and Conditions Health Screening

All clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before starting any exercise program.


Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in full payment of the session fee. Each appointment can be rescheduled no more than once per week, with online Zoom appointments available if in-person meetings are not possible.


Fee Charging Policy

Personal Training Memberships:

  • Minimum Contract Duration: A minimum three (3) month contract is required for personal training memberships.
  • Contract Cancellation Notice: Membership cancellations require a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice.
  • Session Cancellation and Carryover: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be carried over and rescheduled within four (4) weeks. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full payment.
  • Monthly Membership Fee Calculation: The monthly membership fee is calculated based on a standard of 42 working weeks per year. This pricing structure ensures a consistent and fair approach to your monthly subscription, aligning with the typical number of weeks in which our personal training services are available. Please be aware that variations in the number of working weeks in a month may occur due to public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Personal Training Session Bundles and Individual Sessions:

  • Advance Payment: Bundles and individual sessions must be paid for in advance.
  • Session Booking: Block bookings must be paid in advance but sessions do not have to be booked in advance.
  • Session Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice, with availability based on trainer schedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full payment.


Nutrition and Fitness + Nutrition Coaching Packages – Terms and Conditions

Our nutrition coaching packages offer personalized guidance and support for achieving dietary and wellness goals. Payment in full or first monthly payment is required before services commence, with session scheduling subject to availability. Dietary recommendations will be tailored to individual needs, with progress tracking and confidentiality maintained throughout.



All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential unless disclosure involves illegal, unethical, or criminal activities. Clients understand that coaching methods are guidelines, and results are dependent on their commitment and follow-through.
