Learn how to nourish your body with the right nutrients to give it strength and resilience. You will also log your food in an app and receive lots of practical tips and ideas on how to plan, shop for and cook your nutritious meals.

Is this program suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely!
I am an experienced personal trainer who will guide you every step of the way.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to revamp your routine, I will tailor the program to what your body needs, making sure it’s both safe and effective.
Do I have time for this?
Yes, you do! This program is designed to teach you that an active and healthy routine can be a part of your lifestyle. We will explore your current needs and routines, figuring out small lifestyle changes that will have the biggest impact on your life. You will learn to take control of your nutrition and fitness, mastering how to make the most of the time you have.
With time, you will discover that when life gets stressful and busy, these small healthy lifestyle habits are the ones that give you the necessary energy kick to keep you going.
Do I have to commit to 2x 60min/ week of personal training? My weekly schedule is very busy.
Regular exercise is the key part of this program, but I recognise that two 60min personal training sessions might not be feasible for everyone.
I offer three different training session lengths: 30-, 60- and 90 minutes and you can choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week (ask me for more details and pricing).
If you happen to be travelling during the program, we will schedule online training sessions to make sure you stay on track.
Do you offer meal plans?
I do not offer meal plans, and there’s a valid rationale behind it. Meal plans, along with the popular detox and other fad diets, tend to fail due to their excessive restrictions and longer term impracticality.
Instead of relying on meal plans that dictate what to buy, what to cook and how to eat, my coaching program emphasizes a shift in your relationship with food. Each week, you’ll receive one nutrition habit to focus on. No fad diets, no empty promises, just learning step by step how to eat heathily and nourish your body right. With consistent practice, these habits gradually will become truly effortless for life-long results.
