This low impact gymnastics inspired class offers a powerful core strengthening training. 45 minutes of pure core work. Bring your own mat or give me a shout if you need one.
Thursday 6:55pm; under Wettsteinbruecke
This challenging class provides a combo of high intensity interval training and classic bodyweight exercises.
Intense calorie burner!
Friday 7:15am; under Wettsteinbruecke
STAND UP STRAIGHT
Struggling with lower back pain or rounded shoulders?
Exercises inspired by pilates movements will target deep core muscles, tone your abdominals, rebuild strength of your upper back and restore your flexibility. Mat work.

I design all my fitness classes with three core principles in mind:
pilates (conscious controlled movement)
postural training (core and interscapular strength)
survival (functional training, conditioning, stamina and speed)
Combined together and regularly practised will not only sweat off unwanted pounds, but also help you develop long-lasting strength, power, speed and resiliance.

7 week class package CHF 140 (for chosen class, valid 7 weeks)
All class packages are valid for one chosen weekly class*.
*If you're planning to attend 2 or 3 classes a week you will need to purchase 2 or 3 packages.
If you miss a class from your package, you can attended a different class to make up for the missed one before the package expiry date.
