Designed for pregnant women at any stage of their healthy pregnancy and mums after having given birth and cleared for exercise by their doctors.

The exercise plan will guide you safely through exercises to help you manage your body weight and strengthen the key areas that are important for a mum and mum-to-be to be as strong as possible.

The outdoor workouts will focus on your cardio fitness, strength, flexibility and aim to enhance your body image.
