This highly effective* training program requires you to commit to 3x/week outdoor training sessions for 10 weeks to achieve the most astonishing results – a strong and toned body right before the summer!
The program develops with you – the fitter you get, the higher the intensity and skill level.
* In the past, combined with healthy nutrition and lifestyle modification the program contributed to an average 4kg weight loss during the course.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The program consists of 3 outdoor fitness classes a week for 10 weeks.

Wednesday SWEAT improve fitness and sweat off unwanted pounds
Friday BURN accelerate weight loss and dramatically improve your endurance
